Technical issues ?

Here’s a list of quick solutions !

On the Clover terminal:

  • Open the "Employees" app.
  • Select "Add Employee" and fill in the necessary information (name, role, login code, etc.).
  • Set permissions based on roles (employee, supervisor, etc.).
  • Save to add the employee.

Via Clover Dashboard :

  • Log in to clover.com/dashboard.
  • Go to the "Reports" tab and select the desired report.
  • Filter by date or category to view your data and download the reports if needed.

On the Clover terminal:

  • Open the "Employees" app.
  • Select "Add Employee" and fill in the necessary information (name, role, login code, etc.).
  • Set permissions according to roles (employee, supervisor, etc.).
  • Save to add the employee.

Via Clover Dashboard :

  • Log in to clover.com/dashboard.
  • Go to "Account and Settings​", then "Employees".
  • Click on "Add Employee​" et suivez les mêmes étapes que sur le terminal.

Changing your paper roll depends on your terminal model.

Clover Station:

  • Open the paper compartment located at the back of the printer.

  • Remove the old roll and insert a new thermal paper roll (3 ⅛ inches x 230 feet).

  • Make sure the paper's end is extended and close the compartment.

Clover Mini and Flex:

  • Open the paper compartment underneath the device (Clover Mini) or at the back (Clover Flex).
  • Insert a 2 1/4" thermal paper roll (2 ¼ inches x 85 feet).
  • Close the compartment and test the printing.

If your Clover terminal doesn't turn on, try the following solutions:

  • Check the power supply: Make sure the power cable is properly plugged in and the outlet is working.

  • Force a restart: Hold down the power button for 32 seconds.

  • Unplug and replug: If the device still doesn't respond, unplug it, wait 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.

You can change your pricing plan via the Clover Dashboard.

  • Log in to clover.com/dashboard.

  • Go to "Account and Settings" then click on "Service Contract"

  • Select the desired plan (Essentials, Register, etc.) and follow the instructions to modify your subscription.

The changes will take effect immediately.

  • Log in to clover.com/dashboard.
  • Allez dans "Account and Settings​", puis dans "Monthly Statements​"
  • Sélectionnez le mois souhaité pour voir ou télécharger vos relevés.

On the Clover terminal:

  1. Go to "Account and Settings"

  2. Under the "Business Operations" option, select "Tips"

  3. Set the tip suggestions (amount or percentage) and save.

Via Clover Dashboard:

  1. Go to "Account and Settings".

  2. Under the "Business Operations" option, select "Tips".
