Meet with clients to thoroughly understand their needs, processes, and objectives.
Analyze gathered requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Configure and customize the solution according to each client’s specifics.
Plan, coordinate, and execute implementation phases in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
Be present on-site for integration, testing, training, and go-live support.
Serve as a liaison between clients and the development team when technical adjustments are needed.
Understands various technologies and application development processes.
Proficient in spoken and written French, with functional knowledge of English.
Mastery of different programming technologies and application development processes.
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into concrete solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational sense, autonomy, and rigour.
Comfortable working directly with clients and traveling to implementation sites.
AEC/DEC diploma in Computer Science or related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
