We are proud to have received the Rio Tinto “Health and Wellness Employee” Recognition Award!

On Friday, June 2, 2023, the Rio Tinto Partner Supplier Recognition Gala took place. For the occasion, we were honored to be finalists in two categories: Community Ambassadors and Health and Wellness Employee.
Each year, Rio Tinto celebrates its partner suppliers across multiple categories by selecting three finalists evaluated by a dedicated selection committee.
In the Health and Wellness Employee category, several human resources and quality-of-life factors are considered, particularly how organizations support work-life balance and foster a positive internal culture.
Key evaluation criteria include:
How does your company stand out in terms of inclusivity?
What strategies do you use to retain talent and attract new team members?
Do you have a recognition program that inspires and influences other employers?
How do you demonstrate that your organization is inclusive and diverse?
